The employees at German Autowerks went above and beyond to ensure that our vehicle was good to go. We had issues with the brakes and every time I called they advised me to bring it in, and we will take care of you. And that is what they did, that is customer service! They ensured we were happy with the service and by far we are and I say THANK YOU!

I towed my bmw here, asked for a diagnosis, not only did they call me with the wrong diagnosis and told me the wrong stuff was broken and my car wasn’t even running (which it absolutely did) they regrouped and told me my camshaft was broken, (not my crankshaft) that they’d need to remove the valve cover to look, they wanted 1k to take down and another 1k to put back on, 2k just to tell me if my camshaft was broken or not…it is not. My car wouldn’t even run, and I checked myself, it’s indeed intact. They did a very, very poor job at diagnosing. I’ll never take any of my vehicles here again. They will absolutely take advantage of you if they feel they can.

Went here for a state inspection and was told my car wouldn’t pass due to aftermarket taillights and supposedly “out” lights (side markers and license plate), which were actually working. They didn’t even issue a failed sticker. I went to another shop and my car passed with no issues. Very questionable experience.
The station that passed your car needs to be reported to the state police. Im sorry but we can not change laws set by the state of va. Please take another look at your lights on your bumper not only are the out but the are damaged. You also have red reverse lamps. So there is no supposedly.

Excellent service! Easy drop off service. They completed my valve cover replacement on my BMW is only a few hours and it was ready to pick up. They don't try to over sell you or anything. They are excellent with communication and stand by their price.

In the past, I have had displeasing visits to Casey BMW for maintenance on my BMW. It was nothing but a bad experience each time. I found this shop, and I am so glad I did!! I had a superb experience with German Autowerks. My car needed multiple maintenance items completed, including brakes and spark plugs. While driving to the shop, a hood sensor went bad. I had planned to go on a road trip with my vehicle, and was worried I would have to take another vehicle last minute due to my car needing fixed up. Nick was able to fix it all in time!! He was able to get parts expedited and an employee drove to pick up parts that day! If that isn't the best service, I don't know what is! I am so appreciative of what they have done for me. Not only was service prompt, but my car was taken care of very well. Unlike other car shops who unchangeable, this shop keeps everything affordable. Additionally, they are transparent with all costs; i was told what I owed ahead of time without any hidden fees. Overall, I absolutely love the service I recieved from German Autowerks. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the technicians who took lovely care of my vehicle, were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending this shop to everyone, and of course, I will be back in the future. Thank you German Autowerks!
