After taking our BMW to Casey BMW for all service and maintenance since 2021, one terrible experience was enough to make us look elsewhere. I went in for an oil change on a day our regular advisor was unavailable, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. German Autowerks was the complete opposite—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful of the customer time. They replaced the complete front-right axle shaft assembly on my 2019 BMW 530i, clearly explained the repair, completed the work promptly, and provided excellent workmanship at a much more reasonable price than BMW quoted. My car is driving beautifully. I highly recommend German Autowerks. They gained a loyal customer, and Casey BMW lost one.

The employees at German Autowerks went above and beyond to ensure that our vehicle was good to go. We had issues with the brakes and every time I called they advised me to bring it in, and we will take care of you. And that is what they did, that is customer service! I towed my bmw here, asked for a diagnosis, not only did they call me with the wrong diagnosis and told me the wrong stuff was broken and my car wasn’t even running (which it absolutely did) they regrouped and told me my camshaft was broken, (not my crankshaft) that they’d need to remove the valve cover to look, they wanted 1k to take down and another 1k to put back on, 2k just to tell me if my camshaft was broken or not…it is not. My car wouldn’t even run, and I checked myself, it’s indeed intact. They did a very, very poor job at diagnosing. I’ll never take any of my vehicles here again. They will absolutely take advantage of you if they feel they can.
